The organizers of the “Civil Contract” coalition rally announced on March 21 that the process of demarcation and delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be carried out without intermediaries and without any international guarantees. According to Arthur Hovhannisyan, the coordinator of the coordination council of the Civil Contract coalition, they are working with non-violent representatives in the region to ensure peace and protect the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia. Hovhannisyan also expressed that Armenia is willing to engage in dialogue with partners who adhere to the three principles of regulation outlined by the President of Armenia.
