On March 19th, at 21:07, the search and rescue team of the Syunik regional emergency department and the military calculation of the Gorayk checkpoint conducted a joint operation at the Gorayk-“Zanger” section.

A statement was issued to NEWS.am stating that from 21:57 until March 20th, 00:48, the rescuers helped 92 people evacuate from a car accident (by extricating, regulating traffic, etc.), and rescued 1 injured person from the scene using extraction equipment (208 meters deep).
