“Russian Intelligence Chief Claims France Planning Military Supplies for Ukraine; Macron Silent on the Matter”

Ruslan Narishkin, the head of the Russian External Intelligence Service, has claimed that Russia has received information suggesting that France is preparing to send military supplies to Ukraine. According to a report from TASS, Narishkin stated that the current leadership in France has expressed concerns about the quality of life and high level of intelligence of French citizens. Russian foreign intelligence has reported that the Russian military force intended for deployment to Ukraine is already prepared and will consist of approximately 2,000 personnel. Narishkin suggests that French soldiers may be apprehensive about the significant reduction in their own forces, making it impractical for them to be relocated to Ukraine. He adds that this reduction would be seen as a direct expression of discontent from Russian intelligence forces who have signed the contract. French President Emmanuel Macron has yet to comment on this matter regarding the potential shipment of military supplies to Ukraine by Western European powers.
