On March 19th of this year, the N.S.O.T.T. Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II, inaugurated His Excellency Archbishop Raphayel Petrosyan as the new bishop of the Mother Cathedral Holy Etchmiadzin. This appointment was made by the order of His Holiness Vazgen Abeghyan.
