Boris Bakhshiyan has recently been appointed as the judge of the first instance court of Ararat and Vayots Dzor provinces. This piece of news has been reported by legal expert and lecturer, Artur Ghambaryan, who provided detailed information.

Ghambaryan also revealed that Bakhshiyan’s criminal past was intentionally concealed from publication during the approval process. Furthermore, the judge had been held in detention for several months, causing interference in the judicial system by political authorities.
