On March 15, at 08:04, an alarm was received at the regional headquarters of the rescue service in Tavush province. The alarm indicated that a citizen from the town, who was prohibited from entering the occupied territories, had appeared on the Noyemberyan-Ijevan road.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a representative from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia visited the location. The representative made a monthly report based on the situation.

It was found that on the 23rd km of the Ijevan-Noyemberyan road, a “VAZ” car, driven by H.E. (born in 1958), left the road and crashed into a tree.

Fortunately, before the rescuers arrived, the driver was able to get out of the car, albeit injured. He was then transported to the medical center, where doctors assessed his health condition as satisfactory.

The rescuers took care of extinguishing the car fire and closed the gas valve.
