“President’s Son, Hunter Biden, Faces Trial for Tax Evasion and Narcotics Charges: Could Face Up to 25 Years in Prison”

The son of the President of the United States, Hunter Biden, is set to appear in court on June 3rd, facing charges of tax evasion. This information was reported by CNN. The judges anticipate that the trial will last about three to four days, while the lawyers involved expect it to take even longer, exceeding two days.

Prior to this announcement, the US prosecutors’ office released a document outlining the serious charges against Biden. Specifically, it is alleged that in 2018, when purchasing the Colt Cobra pistol, he falsely stated that he did not use narcotics. The third charge is related to a violation of the law pertaining to the possession of narcotics.

If convicted, Biden could face a maximum prison sentence of 25 years. The second charge carries a possible sentence of ten years in prison and a fine of $250,000, while the third charge could result in up to five years of imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
