On March 13, at 23:36, the regional emergency management center of Tavush received an emergency call reporting a car on fire in the village of Chinari.

According to the Rescue Service, the incident took place near the headquarters of the Civil Defense of the Tavush Regional Administration, which is operated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The fire was successfully extinguished at 23:54 and completely eliminated by 00:40 on March 14. The burned vehicle was identified as an Opel brand.
