Argentini Corporation Expands Rights to Personal Data Usage, Exceptionally exempts Consent Requirement: Administrative Bulletin Reveals

The management of the Argentini corporation has recently expanded its right to use personal data without prior consent, according to a decree published in the administrative bulletin. The document states that employees must agree to the use of uniforms and require the termination of illegal actions, except in cases where the safety of third parties or executives is at risk or if it is impossible to fulfill this requirement. Additionally, the decree permits the use of surveillance cameras in situations where there is a threat to life or the prevention of criminal activities. These cameras can be installed near employees when their movements are related to the use of uniforms or when it is evident that there is a potential security breach. In February, the management of Argentini announced new regulations for the use of uniforms, with a focus on protecting individuals and the overall system. Patricia Bulrich, the Minister of Security, emphasized the importance of preparedness in performing their duties in a statement.
