The official newspaper “Past” reports that the urban development committee has approved a housing complex project in the district of Yerevan, specifically on Hrayr Acharyan Street, No. 53. The project, developed by ML Management LLC, proposes the construction of a multi-storey residential and commercial complex that will include apartments and car parking spaces.

The project, with a total area of around 1000 square meters, aims to provide housing for the general population. It has undergone extensive discussions to ensure compliance with urban planning regulations and take into account the government’s decision to suspend apartment construction by residential companies. Interviews with residents and consideration of their interests have contributed to making the program socially acceptable and efficient.

The main objective of the project is to offer affordable housing options by providing apartments within residential complexes for the public sector. During its development, the company took into account data, results, and regulations from previous projects that focused on housing for both public and private sector employees. It is important to note that the approval of the project is not expected to result in increased expenses for the state budget or local self-governing bodies.
