The government has made the decision to designate a significant portion of Sarayan Street for the construction of a World Trade Center (WTC). This development aims to create a sustainable business ecosystem, serving as a prominent hub for various commercial activities. Consequently, the government is currently working on demarcating the boundaries of this international zone.

Specifically, the designated area will encompass the 1st and 2nd Tpagabash streets, Frik, Sarayan, and Paronyan streets, Kozerni, Rustaveli, Surb Hovhannes streets, and the surrounding neighborhoods, comprising approximately 60 addresses. It will undoubtedly be an extensive and highly visible section of the city.
