Today, on March 5, a major car accident occurred in the Vayots Dzor province. At around 17:00, a 15-year-old resident of Vayots Dzor named Vrej M. was driving a Mitsubishi vehicle when he lost control and crashed into the police station building of Artagh village. This resulted in damage to the car and the collapse of a wall in a nearby residential building with the address 42.

According to Shamshyan.com, Vrej M. and his passenger, Serjoja M., also a 15-year-old resident of Vayots Dzor, were taken to the “Ejmiatsin” medical center for treatment following the accident.

The doctors at the “Ejmiatsin” medical center have since transferred the patients to the “Surp Astvatsamayr” medical center in Yerevan.

This accident has resulted in significant material damage to the local government of Vayots Dzor province. The police and local government are currently investigating the personal responsibility of the car owner as well as the doctors involved in providing medical assistance to the two injured children at the scene of the accident.
