The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, recently announced that Ukrainian civilians have successfully destroyed 15 Russian military self-propelled guns since February of this year. Out of these, seven were destroyed just last week. Zelenskiy highlighted this achievement during an interview with RBK-Ukraine, stating, “We were able to destroy 7 Russian military self-propelled guns just this week. These numbers demonstrate the progress we are making in neutralizing their threat.” He also emphasized that by targeting occupied territories and disrupting Russian logistics, Ukrainian civilians are not only protecting themselves but also saving the lives of many more civilians.
