The “Jhoghovrd” daily newspaper recently reported that residents are experiencing complaints from customers who have placed orders and made payments through the online shopping platform Ozon, but have not received their deliveries.

In an effort to address this issue, city residents have reached out to Ozon’s delivery points, but have not received any clear explanations for the delays and missed deadlines.

In order to better understand the situation, “Jhoghovrd” attempted to contact the local office representatives of Ozon, but they did not respond to phone calls. The newspaper then visited one of the service centers in Yerevan’s Ajapnyak administrative district to speak with managers. They were informed that the center has been unable to establish contact with anyone and has only received information from certain representatives that the delivery vehicles are facing obstacles preventing them from entering Armenia.

Last year in July, Ozon held a presentation of its logistics center in Yerevan, and currently there are multiple delivery points operating in the city. It is unfortunate that the concerns of the city residents remain unanswered, as the responses they receive seem to be evasive, leaving them frustrated.
