The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has announced that the Russian military forces in the Joint Armed Forces are currently in a state of full combat readiness, according to a report by “RIA Novosti.” In a letter addressed to the Defense Council, Putin mentioned that he had mentioned this during his visit to the military exercise field in 2018 and stated that everything has been or will be completed in this regard.
