“Furry Friends in Distress: Wolf and Bear Spotted in Isakova, Urgent Action Required!”

A wolf and a bear have been spotted in Isakova, according to Ani Hakobyan, the spokesperson of the Shirak region administration. The incident took place on January 24 in Yerevan. The bear has sustained injuries to two legs, possibly due to a car accident. The animals were initially helped by the staff of a nearby hotel and then relocated to a safe place.

Officials from the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia arrived at the scene and identified the person responsible for the mistreatment of the animals, subsequently relocating them. In light of this incident, the spokesperson has appealed to residents to show compassion and a sense of responsibility towards the animal world, ensuring their protection and welfare.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia stipulates penalties, including fines, imprisonment, or other corrective measures, for those who violate animal rights. This highlights the seriousness with which the country regards the well-being of its wildlife.

Overall, the presence of a wolf and a bear in Isakova serves as a reminder for us all to prioritize the conservation and care of our natural environment and the creatures that inhabit it. Let this incident prompt us to take action and foster a more harmonious relationship between humans and animals in Armenia.
