On January 23rd, the Gyumri community held a public hearing, attended by the mayor of Gyumri. The mayor confirmed the municipal 2024 budget and the 2024 annual work plan. This important announcement was shared on the Gyumri municipality’s official Facebook page.

The hearing agenda covered several questions, including the approval of the financial and economic activities and municipal governance committee report of the Gyumri community, as well as discussions on the approval of the 2024 annual work plan and budget.

A total of 27 participants took part in the discussion of the 2024 annual work plan. These participants represented different factions, including the “Balasanyan Bloc” faction with 13 members, the “Urban Covenant” faction with 7 members, the “Country of Labor” faction with 1 member, the “Zartonk” faction with 4 members, and the “Republican” faction with 2 members.

Furthermore, the mayor of Gyumri actively attended the discussion of the financial and economic activities and municipal governance committee report, which also had 27 members in attendance. Just like the previous discussion, participants representing the “Balasanyan Bloc” faction, the “Urban Covenant” faction, the “Country of Labor” faction, the “Zartonk” faction, and the “Republican” faction actively participated in this session.
