Armenian Minister of Economy, Ararat Mirzoyan, Seeks New Investments to Revive Economy and Create Jobs
The demand for new investments in Armenia has been confirmed by Ararat Mirzoyan, the Minister of Economy. Speaking to journalists on January 23, Mirzoyan emphasized the government’s commitment to attracting new investors in order to create jobs. This urgency stems from the consequences of the 2020 war and subsequent developments that hindered the government’s efforts to address labor market issues through investment policies. The minister highlighted the need for new investors to address security problems, as well as expressing concern over attempts to determine new boundaries in the region.
