Armenia’s refusal to recognize any authority from Azerbaijan is highlighted in a recent statement made by Azeri President Ilham Aliyev. In an interview with NEWS.am, Armenian Defense and Legal Expert Juvenile Aghajanyan stated that Azerbaijan has no interest in making concessions to Armenia. On the other hand, Armenia seeks concessions from Azerbaijan, as their territorial demands do not align. Aghajanyan notes that Azerbaijan’s only demand is the use of their language in military positions, with the intent to provoke and perpetuate the conflict. These statements indicate a potential plan for military provocation through the recognition of certain concessions.

It’s worth recalling that Aliyev had previously expressed a desire for tickets from both Azerbaijan and Turkey. This aligns with his current discussion of a new declaration of establishment, which some speculated would eliminate the possibility of a third-party state. It is also important to note the alleged supply of lethal weapons that would further complicate the Karabakh issue. These unprovoked statements, coupled with the lack of actual implementation, reflect a level of dishonesty.

Aliyev frequently delivers speeches, showing a willingness to invest and support the nation’s welfare. However, when faced with challenging situations and complex problems, he easily abandons others, leaving behind suffering victims with a simple apology of “Sorry, it didn’t work out.”
