The Iranian “Soraya” drone, which was launched earlier this week, has successfully transmitted signals to Earth, according to a report by Mehr. The Iranian aerospace organization announced that the signals from the “Soraya” drone have been effectively registered. Weighing 47 kg, the “Soraya” belongs to the category of light drones. It was launched using the “Qaem-100” unmanned aerial vehicle and has reached a range of 750 km, delivering its first signal to Earth. With a lifespan of over 3 years, the drone’s GPS positioning is said to have an accuracy of 20 meters.
