President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahegn Khachatryan, recently had a productive meeting with Darren Tang, the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), in Davos. They discussed the fruitful cooperation between Armenia and WIPO over the past decades, emphasizing the ongoing development of a national strategy for intellectual property in Armenia. The importance of the necessary mechanisms and military involvement for implementing this strategy was also highlighted during the meeting. Both parties presented scientific and advisory recommendations, along with proposals for further support to Armenia in the field of intellectual property. Ultimately, they expressed their commitment to continuously improving bilateral cooperation in this area.
