Another incident of a pipe breakage has been reported on Petrovskaya Street in Piterpavlowskaya village. Andrei Travnika, the head of the regional emergency service, shared this information on social media. In response to the situation, a special meeting of the regional crisis management headquarters has been called. The decision has been made to implement emergency measures in Novosibirsk city.
