On January 18th at 17:53, the emergency management center of the Ararat province received a distress call reporting a fire in the village of Tigranashen and houses engulfed in flames.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, as per NEWS.am, has informed that the emergency management authorities of the Ararat province have successfully brought the situation under control.

The incident took place in one of the houses on the 7th street of Tigranashen village, approximately 200 meters away.

The fire was completely extinguished by 18:27 and fully controlled by 19:21. The fire affected the wooden structures of the house, covering an area of about 40 square meters, as well as personal belongings.
