The “Zhoghovurd” newspaper reported that the “Becon” company, which specializes in producing toiletries, has been taken to court. The company has filed a lawsuit seeking the invalidation of document number 1520971/1 dated November 17, 2023. Interestingly, another company also made a similar request in 2023. According to reliable sources, the Ministry of Health and environmental conservation experts have uncovered violations that indicate “Becon” does not adhere to regulations. Moreover, during a hearing on environmental protection and community health in Kotayk province, it was revealed that “Becon Product” LLC, a waste water treatment company, has committed serious violations. The unsatisfactory state of waste water treatment, with no proper documentation, has led to administrative measures being taken to rectify the situation.
