The government made a decision today, January 18, to exempt Artemis Tigranian Garakavur from mandatory military service. It is worth mentioning that Artemis has been granted Armenian citizenship since October 2023. He has shown great dedication to his country by being an active member of Armenia’s national basketball team, participating in training camps and competing internationally.
