The discussion focused on amendments to the “Law on Judicial Service” and Balyan emphasized the need for further preparation and training for judges’ secretaries. Balyan stated that this improvement is necessary to ensure effective preparation and professional development for the secretaries. He also mentioned that if a judge’s secretary repeatedly fails the quality assessment test, they may be released from their position.
