Ministry of Justice Aims to Enhance Efficiency of Judges’ Secretaries Through Training and Evaluation

The Ministry of Justice is looking to improve the efficiency of judges’ secretaries, according to a statement made by Levon Balyan, head of the judicial administration, during a discussion at the National Assembly on January 15. The discussion focused on amendments to the “Law on Judicial Service” and Balyan emphasized the need for further preparation and training for judges’ secretaries. Balyan stated that this improvement is necessary to ensure effective preparation and professional development for the secretaries. He also mentioned that if a judge’s secretary repeatedly fails the quality assessment test, they may be released from their position.
