“Turkey Shakes: Magnitude 4.0 Earthquake Strikes, Sends Tremors across Zonguldak and Bolu”

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.0 has recently struck Turkey, as per the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC). The epicenter of the earthquake is located at a depth of 10.8 km underground.

Reports indicate that the tremors were felt as far as 63 km away from the city of Zonguldak, situated on the Black Sea coast, and 18 km away from the city of Bolu.

This seismic event brings a reminder of the potential dangers that exist within Turkey’s geographical area, as it lies on several active fault lines. It serves as a call for preparedness and resilience in the face of such natural occurrences.
