“Alexander Manucharyan, Former History Teacher, Appointed Chief of Prestigious “Monte Melkonyan” Military School, Confirming Minister of Education”

Alexander Manucharyan has been appointed as the chief of the “Monte Melkonyan” military school, as confirmed by Suren Papikyan, the Minister of Education, during a meeting with Factor.am. Both Papikyan and Manucharyan are alumni of Yerevan State University, where they studied at the Faculty of History. Manucharyan, who previously served as a history teacher at M. Mashdots Avag School in Charentsavan, underwent an interview process for this position. Rumors circulating on Factor.am suggested that the appointment of the new chief was accompanied by the dismissal of the school’s director, Ashot Petrosyan. However, Minister Suren Papikyan clarified that the decision was made by higher authorities.
