The national television company has once again confirmed its desire to become a propagandist for the government. This statement was made by former Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Tatoyan. According to Tatoyan, the national television company, known as H1, has shown exceptional dedication to spreading the message of the entire Armenian nation by broadcasting the most important sermons of the Supreme Patriarch of All Armenians.

Since the establishment of the Republic of Armenia, it has been a tradition for national television to broadcast the sermons of spiritual leaders, starting from Vazgen I. These sermons have served as a special spiritual guidance for Armenians all around the world. However, this time, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Catholicos have chosen to ignore the offer made by H1 without providing any diplomatic explanation.

The lack of an official response from the Mother See has led to various unfounded speculations about Holy Etchmiadzin. This is seen as a disrespect to the values of the Armenian people, our national identity, the foundations of the Armenian Apostolic Church, and our historical heritage. It is an attempt to distort the role of the Armenian Apostolic Church in the life of the Armenian people.
