A group of around 30 protesters, wearing black masks and carrying various weapons, including sticks, improvised shields, and Molotov cocktails, continued their aggressive actions in the “Covid Yard” area of Yeravan, aiming to intimidate and force Armenian youth out of the area, and disrupt the peaceful protests. These acts of aggression resulted in serious injuries to Armenian military cadets, soldiers, students, and ordinary citizens.

The violence erupted after the Yerevan District Court officially recognized the “COVID Yard” territory as part of the Armenian homeland, which drew a negative response from certain anonymous organizations. The presence of the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Armenian People is now under threat, with bishops, soldiers, and innocent Armenians actively fighting to protect it. The Armenian community is appealing to the international community, international organizations, and the governments of Israel and the United Nations for assistance in liberating the territory from the ongoing aggression.
