“Prime Minister Pashinyan’s Administration Tackles Ambitious Agenda in Latest Session: Sport Taxation and Trademark Rights Among Hot Topics”

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s administration held its regular session today, December 28. The session’s agenda consisted of 45 questions, with 41 of them being openly discussed. Three questions were confidential.

Among the questions on the agenda were the following:

  1. Amending the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia regarding the reduction of turnovers subject to sports taxation and changes in the powers of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

  2. The form of application for registration of trademark rights, along with the procedure for its completion, submission, and examination.

  3. Approving the procedure for providing and revoking certificates of conformity for joint production, as well as suspending its implementation, among other issues.
