“Natural Gas Prices Surge as Market Demand Outstrips Supply, Brent Crude Futures Remain Steady”

The price of natural gas increased on Thursday following yesterday’s market offer-outflow. The value of Brent crude futures on London’s ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.04 to $79.61 per barrel, which is $0.04 lower than the previous closing prices. The contracts for Thursday’s deliveries have increased by $1.42, or 1.8 percent, to $79.65 per barrel.

The futures for WTI crude on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose by $0.09, or 0.12 percent, to $74.02 per barrel. The previous contracts were valued at $1.46, or 1.9 percent, higher at $74.11 per barrel.
