Emergency services in Armenia have announced that certain roads in the country are currently closed. This includes the “Amberd” high-mountain meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province, the road from the station to Amberd fortress, and the road leading to Lake Qari. It is important for drivers to be aware of these closures and plan alternative routes accordingly.

In regards to the Lars checkpoint, it has been reported that the Stepansminda-Lars road is open exclusively for passenger cars. Other types of vehicles should refrain from using this route. As winter weather conditions can be challenging, drivers are strongly advised to exercise caution while traveling, particularly when encountering snowy conditions.
