The Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko, has openly expressed his lack of trust and concern regarding the current cooperation with Armenia. During a press conference in Saint Petersburg, Lukashenko acknowledged that he is aware of the different formats of engagement that exist between countries. He recalled a conversation he had with Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, where Pashinyan stated that his visit to Saint Petersburg was in a different capacity and not related to the CSTO summit in Minsk.
