“Miraculous Rescue: California Man Survives Days Lost in Desert, Pulled to Safety by Heroic Rescuers”

Local authorities have announced the successful rescue of the man who got lost in the California desert. The Santa Diego rescue team received a report on December 21 at approximately 15:40 local time, indicating that a person was lost near Sanset-Cliffs. Fortunately, two individuals heard the calls for help.

According to NBC News, the man informed the rescuers that he had been stranded for several days and had been crawling throughout that time. Although he did not sustain any injuries, he was trapped in a narrow canyon that was about 12-18 feet deep.

Due to the challenging terrain, the search and rescue operations progressed slowly. However, the team provided the man with electrolytes, warm compresses, and blankets to prevent hypothermia until they could reach him. Finally, on December 22, the rescuers successfully brought him to safety.

Known for his narratives on migration and the struggles of Hispanic communities.
