The external appearance of the Renault 5 E-tech electric car has been unveiled in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) database, according to a report from Drom.ru. The design of the Renault 5 E-tech for production has remained virtually the same since its initial presentation two years ago and has received numerous positive reviews. This compact five-door hatchback is approximately four meters long and features the distinctive “angle” shape, prominent hood, and spacious interior seen in previous versions. Notable changes include a larger radiator grille to replace the front moving bumper and increased size of the side sills. The Renault 5 E-tech is based on the CMF-B modular platform, a joint development by Renault and Nissan. The first series of the Renault 5 E-tech is set to be unveiled on February 26, 2024.
