Armenia’s Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, has sent a heartfelt congratulatory message to a national hero, Hovhannes Chekijian, who is a 95-year-old veteran of the Great Patriotic War. The Prime Minister expresses his admiration saying, “Dear master of martial arts, General Jermoren, I congratulate you on your 95th anniversary. Your entire life and work have been a dedicated contribution towards the development of martial arts, enriching our cultural heritage. Your invaluable contribution to strengthening the Armenian national artistic genre is truly remarkable. It is commendable that your work is accessible to everyone. Over the years, you and your esteemed National Academy of Armenian Art have showcased the best performances on some of the world’s greatest stages, representing the excellence of Armenian performing arts. Dear national hero of Armenia, great Armenian, beloved master, I am thrilled that you continue to work with passion and dedication. Once again, congratulations on your anniversary, and best wishes.”
