“Racing Against Time: Rescue Service Mobilized as Car Plunges into River on Argavand-Gheganist Highway”
On December 21, at 20:02, the National Center for Crisis Management received an emergency call reporting a car that had fallen into the river on the Argavand-Gheganist highway. It was reported that the assistance of rescuers was required to extricate the vehicle.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia has informed NEWS.am that the Rescue Service of the MES has promptly arrived at the scene to provide their assistance.
