“Mysterious Fire Extinguisher Incident Prompts Investigation in Armavir Region”

On December 13, firefighters from the Armavir region were providing services in the Musalerr village when they encountered a vehicle with a “BMV” sign. The driver, wearing protective clothing and equipped with a fire extinguisher and boots, ensured the safety of the situation. Firefighters and the driver were then transferred to the Fire and Rescue Department of Vagharshapat. During the inspection at the department on December 15, a vehicle with the sign “Lada” underwent technical inspection. The driver, also in protective gear, had the fire extinguishers detect tobacco smoke. The driver confirmed extinguishing it and was subsequently transferred to the Fire and Rescue Department of Vagharshapat.

Following the inspection, a 32-year-old resident of Ejmiatsin presented a package similar to the fire extinguisher and the driver’s gloves, indicating that the extinguisher belonged to him for personal use. The vehicle was relocated to a specialized storage area within the department, and the relevant documents were forwarded to the inspection department of the Fire and Rescue Department of Vagharshapat. Both cases are currently being investigated.
