On December 20th at 13:15, the emergency center of the Lori Regional Rescue Service received a distress call reporting a fire near the village of Urasar. The NCS Rescue Service was notified about the incident, and it fell within their jurisdiction. Two fire engines were dispatched to manage the situation. By 15:40, the fire had been extinguished, and by 20:30, it was completely eliminated. The fire had an impact on an estimated area of 30 hectares. Nine firefighters actively participated in the firefighting operation, while five villagers and three forestry service employees provided assistance towards the efforts.
