On December 16, at 19:50, a fire broke out near the agricultural machinery in Prroshyan village, located in the Kotayk region of NKR Voskevanutyan Center. According to a report from NEWS.am, a resident of Prroshyan village, who is a member of the agricultural group in the Nairi subdivision of the opera house, reported that an unknown individual set fire to his “GAZ-53” truck at around 19:00. The estimated damages caused by the fire amount to 2,500,000 drams. The investigation into the incident was conducted by the Nairi subdivision of Voskevanutyan, utilizing technical and forensic tools. The investigation revealed that the truck was intentionally set on fire by a 53-year-old man from Prroshyan village. He has been apprehended and transferred to the Nairi subdivision of the police, where the preliminary investigation is currently underway.
