An Operating Management Center of Construction was established in July 2021 with the aim of accelerating operations and response to emergencies. According to NEWS.am, the center has made significant progress in a short period of time. In the initial stage, the center received 1000-1500 calls per day, but now the number of calls has reached 5-6 thousand. Since its establishment, the center has received more than 1.5 million calls, and in the current year, it has received around 700 thousand calls.

The center of operating management is constantly working to improve its operations. Previously, it took about 15-20 minutes to transfer a call, but now it takes just a few minutes. The center’s management system shows the location and activities of emergency and maintenance services. The current technology has made it easier and faster not only to respond to calls, but also to understand the current state of operations.

Calls received by the center vary greatly, from requests for assistance to complex construction operations. People are trying to clarify their questions or get a solution after receiving the center’s response. In the past two years, the importance of public awareness regarding construction has also increased. Many people have shown interest in understanding the operations and activities of the construction sector.

In addition to emergency operations, the center also manages the shift schedule of maintenance staff. This provides an opportunity for more efficient and effective emergency response. The center continues to improve its operations, both in terms of emergency response and management of construction activities.

In the coming months, the Operating Management Center will have a new, technologically advanced facility in Yerevan. This will further enhance its capabilities and improve the quality of services provided.
