On December 14, between 12:00 and 13:00, the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) conducted an investigation into an electrical malfunction that occurred in the Vardakar neighborhood of the Artik community, located in the Shirak region.

During this incident, the Rescue Service urges residents and citizens to remain calm and not to panic.
