Around 08:55, Arta M., a 42-year-old resident of Gegharkunik province, collided with an ambulance from the Gegharkunik regional hospital near the 2nd middle school of Haghartsin village. A child who was in the car was taken to the emergency department of the “Gavar” medical center, and later transferred to the Pediatrics Department of the Military Hospital.
