On December 9, at 07:24, the Shirak regional emergency management center received a distress call regarding a resident trapped in a car on the Artik-Alagyaz highway. The authorities immediately informed the NSS Rescue Service, as the situation required the assistance of rescuers.

The incident took place within the jurisdiction of the Shirak regional emergency management headquarters. It was determined that an “Opel” car, driven by B.M. (born in 1991), had collided with a “GAZelle” truck, driven by H.M. (born in 1962). Subsequently, the truck collided with N.M.’s vehicle (born in 1987). As a result of the collision, the driver of the “Opel” car was immobilized.

N.M. and H.M. were promptly transported to a medical center, where their condition was evaluated by doctors. Rescuers successfully removed the vehicles, sealed the gas tanks, released the immobilized driver M.M. (born in 1963), and provided immediate assistance to the injured individuals.

This incident highlights the effective coordination between the Shirak regional emergency management center and the NSS Rescue Service. Their swift response and skilled actions ensured the safety and well-being of the individuals involved.
