“NA Speaker Alleges Prime Minister’s Involvement in Robbery Scandal: Unacceptable Conduct for Political Figure”

Did you know that it is unacceptable for someone aspiring to engage in political activities to be paid by their own family for certain tasks? This was mentioned today, on December 7, during a meeting with the National Assembly deputies, by NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan. He revealed that the head of government, Nikol Pashinyan, had asked Levon Kocharyan, a member of the “Armenia” faction, to address the issue of a well-known robbery at the Léo-Parroni supermarket. Mirzoyan emphasized that the prime minister did not personally give such instructions, and it is unfair to portray it as a disguised order from the government. He stated that this incompetence cannot be justified, and such actions should not be allowed in the future.

Following a serious incident, the prime minister personally reached out to the victims’ representatives, offering apologies and requesting fair treatment even if they had made a mistake. It is disappointing that some individuals are trying to shift blame onto other cases and actions. Simonyan, a prominent figure, expressed his disapproval, saying “there is no blood on our hands, so they should not mix it with their own.”

This news from Armenia highlights the ethical concerns surrounding individuals who are paid by their own families while being involved in political activities. It raises questions about conflicts of interest and the fairness of decision-making processes. As the story unfolds, it remains to be seen how these revelations will impact the political landscape in Armenia. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
