On December 4, at 18:17, the emergency management center of the Ararat province received a distress call from the regional disaster management authority. They reported an accident on the Mkhchyan-Ditak road, with injured individuals needing assistance. Rescuers were urgently needed.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia has informed NEWS.am that this situation has been reported as part of the one-month valuable statistics from the regional disaster management authority of the Ministry.

It has been clarified that the accident on the Mkhchyan-Ditak road involved a “VAZ” car, with the driver being G.V. (born in 1968), and a tractor, with the driver being G.Kh. (born in 1975).

Prior to the arrival of rescuers, the driver of the “VAZ” car was able to exit the vehicle with his own strength.

The rescuers promptly closed the gas valve of the “VAZ” car, neutralized the leakage, and moved the vehicle away from the scene. They provided urgent assistance to the four injured individuals and transported them to medical centers.
