Dilijan National Park is committed to actively addressing the issue of forest fires. To detect smoke and potential fires, aerial surveillance is conducted utilizing ATS resources. The prevention workers of the Rescue Service of the MES play a crucial role in identifying and navigating complex terrains. Additionally, the Center for the Implementation of Rescue Operations plays a pivotal role in carrying out fire prevention measures in challenging and remote mountainous areas. Furthermore, specialized firefighting equipment is utilized, along with the strategic utilization of water for irrigation.
