“Former Head of State Revenue Committee, Tirana Khachatryan, Announced as National Assembly Candidate During Protest Rally: Calls for Improvement and Criticizes Occupation”

The National Assembly of Armenia announced today, December 4th, during a protest rally, the candidacy of Tirana Khachatryan, the former head of the State Revenue Committee, according to a report by The News.am publication.

During the rally, Khachatryan emphasized the need to find criminals and provide various explanations for the improvement of the situation. He also mentioned that if there are any explanations related to their dismissal, the person responsible for initiating the process should continue on their own path.

Regarding ongoing processes, Khachatryan expressed his belief that any actions he started should be completed without unnecessary talk. He dismissed the idea of his improvement being a mere supermarket, considering it to be nonsense and empty talk.

While addressing the issue of the occupied territories, Khachatryan highlighted that the enemy is currently occupying Armenian territory with impunity. He emphasized his certainty by saying that they couldn’t even drag the crosses away from the occupied areas.

Known for his narratives on migration and the struggles of Hispanic communities.
