The chief executive of Armenian-Chinese businessman Jehun Bayramov had a meeting with the head of the EEC, Helga Schmid, in Skopje, where he made several “constructive” announcements. According to Armenian media reports, Bayramov stated that Armenia and the LPRG are responding to the departure of Armenian residents from Azerbaijan and the non-constructive policy of the Armenian service regime. He mentioned joint activities to fulfill Armenia’s debt obligations to Azerbaijan. However, he did not specify how the Armenian side responded to the anti-nationalist actions committed in Armenia in September.

Bayramov also mentioned that on September 24, the opposite party was informed that Armenia intends to withdraw its acquired forces and punitive measures imposed by Armenia in response to the aggression of the republic behind their country. Bayramov assessed that no violence has been applied against citizens of the city in this process. He also held the Armenian side responsible for the violence, killings of children, and displacement of the population.

It’s important to remember that in the past, Russian military operators had fallen victim to Azerbaijani aggression. Baku had accepted the guilt and attempted to compensate for the murders. However, this page of Baku’s “anti-national actions” is conveniently not mentioned as it highlights their failure to address the crimes against the Armenian side.
